The asylum policy on Cubans versus economic advancement of Puerto Ricans is decidedly racist because the American asylum granting bodies are pitting the rationed humanitarian needs of socially placed family workers from Cuba against educational endowments for the Puerto Ricans in a criss cross private public segregation scheme of dialectic which fails both miserably like the intended economic regression imposed by the Cuban embargo and Jones act.  The matter is so aggravated i suspect security holes known to both governments may have been exploited for high levels of economic exploitation and warfare against American economy including the rescue martyrs shoot down planned like the 9/11 attacks to instigate and aggravate their harbor of foreign agency.  I’m currently operating under the assumption that the Chinese Yakuza crime control post Gotti and the cosa nostra was actually perpetrated by the rival Genovese leader Chin whom enjoyed better and more tenderly psychiatric care as I do.  Maybe I can make worthwhile to eliminate a high ranking Cuba or FARC monster in exchange for release and encounter drama political theatre for myself and my own pursuit of career advancement and self realization.
