๐ ️ Saga Dog Corp’s Evolution: From Open-Source AI to Public Benefit Leader
By Juan Rodriguez – June 2025
In the past year, Saga Dog Corp has evolved from an experimental OSINT lab to a purpose-driven entity reshaping how digital memory, AI, and civil technology intersect. With tools like Neuromart, SnapSentinel, and Big Fly, we’ve created an open architecture to protect identity, detect manipulation, and empower storytelling.
This month, that vision became a legal reality.
⚖️ We Became a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC)
As of June 2025, Saga Dog Corp is officially a Florida Public Benefit Corporation — a legal status that binds us to a dual mission: generating profit while pursuing a clearly defined public benefit. Ours is:
“To design and deploy open-source intelligence (OSINT) software and AI tools that promote digital memory rights, narrative transparency, and equitable civic technologies.”
This shift redefines our obligations: directors must now consider social impact as much as shareholder return, and we’ll issue annual public benefit reports to maintain accountability.
๐ OSINT Tools with a Mission
We’ve engineered a stack of tools designed to decentralize intelligence and empower communities:
- ๐ง Neuromart (Mosquito): Detects SEO hijacking and verifies digital authorship to preserve narrative integrity.
- ๐ธ SnapSentinel: A forensic browser extension capturing metadata and screenshots for transparency and counter-surveillance.
- ๐ต️ Big Fly Framework: A real-time entity profiler, enclave crawler, and decoy probe engine mapping geopolitical manipulation.
- ๐ Shared Auth Collab: A Sybil-resistant AI environment enabling ethical collaboration through dummy accounts.
- ๐ฒ TPSE RPG Engine: Turns labor classifications into gamified roleplay, transforming economic understanding into participatory learning.
All projects are publicly documented at github.com/pacobaco.
๐ Audience Engagement: Diaspora Meets AI
Our periodic briefings — on Twitter, Facebook, and Blogspot — have drawn a majority English-speaking Vietnamese audience, especially interested in digital memory, postcolonial archives, and ethical civic tech. We’re seeing early momentum in building a multilingual community interested in the intersection of identity, memory, and AI verification.
We’ve shared:
- AI demos exposing disinformation enclaves.
- Educational content on forensic tools and metadata.
- Frameworks to map power using browser evidence and NER analytics.
This digital journalism format serves as both outreach and distributed OSINT fieldwork.
๐ผ Legal Infrastructure, Investor Readiness
We filed our Articles of Amendment with Sunbiz and built a clear roadmap for maintaining:
- Annual benefit reporting
- B Lab certification preparation
- Transparent stakeholder communication
- Ethical software deployment policies
We’re also evaluating Delaware conversion and public incorporation strategies to attract values-aligned funding.
✅ What’s Next?
- Publish our first Annual Benefit Report (Q4 2025)
- Launch a multi-language AI memory crawler focused on diaspora storytelling
- Apply for B Corp certification
- Open select APIs for research collaboration
Saga Dog Corp is no longer just a software studio — it’s a digital rights lab, a public trust engine, and a storytelling machine.
We’re here to build AI tools that remember for the people — not against them.
