Subject: Inquiry Regarding Unidentified Flying Object Phenomenon

Dear Embassy Official,

I wish to share with you a speculative perspective regarding the phenomenon of unidentified flying objects, which may hold relevance to both technological development and security studies.

It is my view that some of these objects may represent generative, three-dimensionally printed aerospace vehicles, each produced as a one-of-a-kind design for a specific mission profile. By relying on advanced additive manufacturing within subterranean facilities—potentially including the site often referred to as Area 51—factory time-to-deployment could be significantly reduced. This would enable a system of rapid, rotating deployment in which each vehicle is manufactured, launched, and retired on a continual basis, minimizing traceability and recognition.

The operational pattern may follow what I describe as a “Myuka protocol,” where concealment and renewal mirror the dark web’s onion-routing principle: shifting, self-concealing, and resistant to conventional analysis. In the aerospace context, this would allow for fleets of vehicles that appear anomalous precisely because no two are the same.

In addition, the North Pole solar cavity hypothesis presents itself as a potential strategic landing zone or staging hub. If valid, such a location would provide concealment, logistical efficiency, and serve as a natural aerospace base of operations that integrates with existing underground facilities. This raises questions not only of sovereignty and oversight, but also of how remote polar and equatorial infrastructures might be integrated into a broader system.

From a regional standpoint, it may also be valuable to consider Caribbean space agency resources. The Caribbean’s geographic position and emerging aerospace initiatives could contribute to monitoring, cooperative research, and potential dialogue around unconventional aerospace activities. These resources, combined with global scientific exchange, may provide new perspectives on what is presently unidentified.

For additional background, I have shared related material here: https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1LrKA3rQoE/?mibextid=wwXIfr.

In this light, the UFO phenomenon may not necessarily reflect extraterrestrial origins, but rather an emerging synthesis of generative design, rapid deployment logistics, and strategically concealed bases.

I submit this reflection respectfully, in the spirit of dialogue and mutual consideration of aerospace and security challenges.

Sincerely,

Juan R.
